Problem installing my program

I install in my pc new Version of National Instrument V18 and I got the next error 

"Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that assembly NationalIstruments.DAQmxUtil Version 17.6.45.83 be install in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) First"

And I am using this version 

What the problem? what can I do?

I have solved it myself my exclude the unnecessary files 
In property => publish => application files
