RS232/GPIB/TCPIP web server

I am using VS2008 with measurement studio 8.6. I am trying to write a web application that needs to communicate with instruments over RS232, GPIB and TCPIP. The infomrmation from the instruments will be displayed on a web page using NI graphs. Is that possible? How?
