Ok, so from what I have gathered, your program was looking for assemblies, now you have found assemblies, with the new items found and added are you still getting the errors you were before?
I looked at the nianlys.dll version is have installed, my version is 10.0.1.419, if you have DAQmx 9.4 installed you might want to check that. Make sure you have the .NET support installed on your computer for Measurement Studio 2010.
Separate question, are you able to run the basic DAQmx example programs?
