Visual C++ .Net Update Help

Just received my update CD. Why does the CD state its an update for Measurement Studio Base package and the certificate says Upgrade M/Studio 6.0 for Visual C++, Net FDS? I own the FDS of M/Studio. What did I received the Base Package Update?

This may have been a mistake in shipping. There are two separate update packages depending on whether you are licensed for the base or full package. You should contact the sales department concerning this issue. You can either create a request online here, or call 512-683-0100.

This was definitely a mistake in shipping. But I want to ask you if the CD itself says Base or if it says Full. Because regardless of what the shipping box says, the CD contains the correct labeling. Please let me know if your CD has the label Base. At this time we have detected the error with those labels and are correctly shipping the Base and Full packages.

Hi CS,

I called our Sales Representatives and a new CD (this time the correct FDS Update) is on your way. I sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Luckily, we have corrected the problem and all new update shipments will be labeled correctly.

You should receive the VisualC++ .NET Update CD in a few days. Let me know if you don't get it by next week.
