Visual studio 2005 slows down after Measurement Studio 8.0.1 installation

After I install of Measurement Studio 8.0.1 for Visual studio 2005 the startup of MS Visual Studio 2005 takes ~1-2 minutes.  During this slow loading I can see that something is querying the network for something.  As soon as I uninstall Measurement Studio then the startup is quick again.  Has anybody else seen this?

Hi Tim,

How are you starting up VS? Are you just double-clicking on a project or actually going through the start menu?  Load times may be impacted by .NET class libraries in your project (see this KB) but Measurement Studio shouldn't impact the start up of VS itself.
