I am using a USB-6008 with a VB.net Measurement Studio application and the Measurement and Automation Explorer for continuous samples at reading 8 samples at 256Hz. When I am testing my configuration in MAX, after collecting less than one minute of data, without fail I get a Error -200361 Onboard Memory Overflow. Once I get this error, I cannot collect a single data point without hitting the Error -200361. Reseting the 6008 in MAX does not clear the error. Currently, I have to physically unplug the USB-6008 before it can collect data again.
Is there a way to programmatically clear this error through Measurement Studio? Is there a way to configure the USB 6008 so it could be used with long duration runs?

One way to fix this is to:
Is there a way to programmatically Clear All Device Association and programmatically re-establish Tasks? This would be useful for remote systems.
