Where can I get the TDMS namespace from?

I want to write a TDMS file. Therefore I have to include the namespace "NationalInstruments.TDMS".

But there ist only NationalInstruments.DAQmx and NationalInstruments.Restricted available?

What do I need to access TDMS writing?

TDMS .NET library is only included in Measurement Studio Professional and Enterprise 😞
