can ni system support 450 digital and analog i/os (PLZ see Message)

We are working on a simulator that hav 1 DOF motion. i have no idea of NI products. Mostly i worked on PLC. we hav around 310 D I/O and 100 Analog I/O. the problem is we have a mathematical model that the system has to follow. normal plc cannot handle this form of model, this is the reason i am shifting to PC for control.Can u help me acquire basic knowledge and know how of NI system that can handle this. your guidance is needed.
