Every thing was working fine.  2 weeks ago I build a project and I could create the "setup and deployment project".  I change nothing in this program and now, if I try to rebuild it I got this message:

Unable to find module dependency with signature 'nimetautils.91D5760B_F9E8_4332_BFB1_38A4CB799A3

What is wrong and what do I need to do to make it works.

This is a known issue with Visual Studio .NET 2003.  The nimetautils.msm is required by Measurement Studio for distribution.  The following KB has information regarding your issue:

I had not the time to wait, so I de-install and re-install measurement studio and redo a "menu Measurement Studio/refresh project license file".  I don't know wich one correct the situation but it is working now.
