There are not currently any Measurement Studio classes scheduled to be taught in the near future. These classes are primarily scheduled according to customer demand, so plans for offering a course accordingly depend on the demand. A good place to get started with using Measurement Studio would be viewing the getting started video. There is also a large amount of example code located on our Developer Zone. Hopefully this can get you off on the right foot!
