my c# project throws error when Nationalnstruments.dll is referenced in custom path

My C# project works properly, if I give reference for NationalInstruments.UI.dll in National Instruments install path.

If I copy the NationalInstruments.UI.dll to my custom path (my project path), it throws error while initializing NationalInstruments.UI.WaveformGraph Component....

Maybe the DLL is linked to other DLLs in the NI folder?
