Hi,
I am using Windows XP Pro, Visual Studio .NET 2003, Measurement studio 7.1.
My program is written with C# and includes:- 3D Switches, 3D Slides, Visa and GPIB control.
On creating the installation project I get the following warning:-
WARNING: Unable to find module dependency with signature 'nimetautils.91D5760B_F9E8_4332_BFB1_38A4CB799A3E'
If I ignore this warning I get the 2705 error when I try to execute my installation program.
I have created the Program Files Folder.
I believe I have 'Added' the nimetautils.msm file to the project.
I see other people have had this problem.
The response contained no information - just a lot of links.
Unfortunatly none of these links is now valid.
Why are we having to add unneccessary files / directories to our projects?
Why are the tools provided to add these files / directories not working?
Can we have a definitive explanation of what is required to allow a measuremnt studio project to install.
