trying to identify source of imaq.dll

I inherited a project which utilized "Nationalinstruments.vision.acquisition.imaq.dll"

I'm trying to build a new development environment, and cannot find the source installer which installs this dll on the computer.

I've installed NI-IMAQ, and NI Vision Acquisition 8.6 - which is what I found available in the office.

Is there another package which includes the above dll?  Measurement studio?

Hi,

That DLL installs with Measurement Studio.  You will need to install it for Visual Studio 2008 (i.e. .NET 3.5) as the vision software will not work with .NET 4.0.
