web user control

Hello,

I created a Web User Control in Visual Studio / Web Developer 2008.

My web control contains a bunch of Measurement Studio controls.

The problem is that when I add the control on the main web page , the

Measurement Studio controls appear as disabled images.

This is strange behavior indeed.  Would it be possible for you to post your solution and your control?  Also, did you get any warning messages when inserting the control?

I did not get any warning messages when inserting the control.

Attached please find a sample project where this strange behaviour happens : the project has one web user control ( which contains a Gauge ) and a Web Form which contains the web user control.

I would also like to add that this behaviour only happens at design time.

If I run the Web Site , everything looks good.

So it's not such a big deal 🙂
