Is it possible to get a continously spinning knob to work? Specifically, I
need the knob control to tell me what direction it is heading (CCW or CW).
With minimum=0 and maximum=100 values I can't tell if the user went from
99 to 0 by yanking the knob CW by 1, or CCW by 99. I want the effect of a
radio dial like on a stereo --- no stops!
