The 445x devices are programmed using the NI-DAQ driver. Even though they are DSA devices, they do not use the NI-DSA driver. Only the 455x devices use the NI-DSA driver.
So you will be using the NI-DAQ driver to program your PCI-4452. The latest version of NI-DAQ, version 7.x, contains three components: NI-DAQmx, Traditional NI-DAQ, and NI-Switch.
