GPIB Function Defintions (VISUAL BASIC)

Easy Question: Where can I find the function definitions for the functions in VBIB32 for Visual Basic?

I've coded in LabWindows/CVI up until now where everything is point-and-click. Now I have to do a project in Visual Basic. I've downloaded the file but could really use some reference on what the functions do. Thanks in advance!
