How to clear the CWAI's buffer?

I'd like to test the different DC voltage value in PCI 6052 E card with visual basic 6.0,for example 2.5V / 5.0V/7.0V etc.How long time must I wait in programme configured?or how could I clear CWAI's buffer?
Why is test result so more different with performing program at the second time?

Hi Kelven,

It would be very helpful if I could see the program you are running. Are you using one of the examples included with DAQ? If so, which one? If not, perhaps it would be a good idea to look at some of them. It looks like you are trying to do single point analog input. There is an example called "AIonePoint.VBP" found in:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\VBasic\Ai

Take a look at that and see if it does what you need it to.
