How to configure 3rd party daq board with measurement studio AI object

I just installed the evaluation version of measurement studio for VB6. I have a 3rd party daq board (DT9806) that is installed on the pc and can be seen by other applications. How do I configure the board to work with the AI object in Meas. Studio?

You can't. The AI ActiveX control only works with our NI-DAQ hardware. Our VISA ActiveX control will work with 3rd party GPIB since there is the VISA standard for communication. There isn't a standard like VISA for DAQ though so their is no way we could provide DAQ tools for 3rd party equipment. You should either get a National Instruments DAQ board or use the programming method provided by the 3rd party vendor to program the card.
