Tried right-clicking on the graph but there was no tab "Annotations"?

Search your Windows\System or WinNT\System32 folder for cwui.ocx. What is the version of this file? If it's not 6.0.3.589, you have a pre-Measurement Studio 6.0 version of the graph.
