Visibility of annotations in VB

The error occurs when setting the visibility of annotation. "Run-time error 458, Variable uses an Automation type not supported in Visual Basic". Any reason for that?

I have been able to reproduce this error message and it is being looked into. The visibility property can be controlled via the properties-pages for the graph without any problems so if possible, try to use those. Another work around for the moment may be for you to delete and re-add the annotations as needed.

Is there a service pack that fixes the annotation visiblity issue? I need to toggle the annotation on/off and deleting/adding the annotation is very difficult.

Please fix this. It makes working with Annotations painstaking process.
