access to a databank from another pc

Hi,

I have made a programm with LabVIEW where I readout measurements from a soldering iron. This values will be saved on a databank at the PC 1. The databank will include some of values lists.

Now I try to create a programm in LabVIEW too, who run on another PC where I can access to the databank.

The connection between PC 1 and PC 2 does already work. (The two PC´s are connected with WLAN).

Is this generally possible?

I haven’t any ideas how I can create this.

Yes, this is possible. When opening the connection to the Database you have to define the datalink so that it accesses the database on the other machine in the network.
