Ooops Sorry - I seem to have upset someone in the Digital I/O forum, so I'll post it here instead :^)
We are currently working on an old program which uses Components Works - ideally we would like to simply buy Component Works as this would mean no work for us at all, but, looking through this site it seems we may need to upgrade to Measurement Studio 8.
In particular we are using the following controls...
CWSTAT, CWARRAY, CWAOPOINT, CWDAQTOOLS, CWAIPOINT and CWAI
Do we need Enterprise or Pro version of Measurement Studio 8 - or something else entirely?
Many thanks...
Alan

Thanks Hannah
Yes, it's VB6 and...
The functions we use for CWArray are..
.IndexArray (obviously)
.MaxMinId
The functions we use for CWSTAT are...
.Mean
.StdDev
.LinFit
I've downloaded Measurement Studio 8 and recompiled and sent the app. for testing - but I'd like a definitive answer, hopefully it's the cheaper option :^)
Thanks again
Alan

Hi Alan,
Sorry for taking a while to get back to you. Its taken a little while to find the software and getting a system set up with the components from the Professional edition of Measurement Studio.
I've tested an application using the functions you listed, and all of them work except for the CWStat.LinFit function.
So if you need this functionality then you'll need to go for the Enterprise Edition.
If there are any other functions you want me to test for then let me know and I'll look into it for you.
Regards
Hannah
