what you need to make sure is that you have installed a licensed version of Measurement Studio 6.0 or higher.
This is going to install licensed ActiveX components.
There are cases, where even if you have installed meas. studio, objects would still appear in eval mode. This is most likely due to the fact that you have installed Device Drivers after installing MStudio. Device Drivers such as NIDAQ include eval versions of the CWUI.ocx (cwgraph is part of it). This would break the license for the registered MStudio CWUI.ocx. In order to fix it you can
- run the license fixer utility you find in your MStudio CD Distribution
- Try to repair the MStudio installation from the Windows Control Panel
