error in vb6 application with nids.dll

I have made an application in VB6 with datasocket to be connected as OPC client. When I run my application I see an error message with nids.dll. I notice that when I removed the user password in windows XP the application runs but it is not possible to connect as OPC client.

George, do you have the nids.dll on your system? It should be in C:\windows\system32. Can you successfully build any of the datasocket examples in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\National Instruments\MStudioVS6\VB\Samples\DataSocket ? What permissions does your user have on the XP machine, are they and administrator?

I want to thank you for your reply.

I found that there is no any problem with nids.dll but the problem was the hard disc c: which must be shared.
