installer accessing internet why?

I made an installer with installshield 2008. When i  am trying to run this installer it is hanged as it is trying to access internet for doing soemthing. Is anyone faced this porblem?

If this is an installer that you created using a National Instruments application builder please let me know what software you are using. If this is an InstallShield question as implied by your post, you may find more help on an InstallShield forum seeing that InstallShield is not a National Instruments product.
