licence for Mesurment studio analysis

I have installed Analysis library for Vb6 and i can't used the function

CWMatrix1.GenEigenValueVector x,outputtype, evalreal, evalimag, evecreal, evecimag

It say that i haven't the good licence.
I want to know if it was a specific key for this library or not?

Available librairies depend on the Measurement Version (6.0, 7.0 ,7.1) and the package that you have (Standard, Professional, Enterprise Developer, Enterprise Architect, or Academic edition ).
