ni-visa globmgr 3.0 type library

I currently have subscriptions for both Measurement Studio and Labwindows/CVI.

I was wondering if the ni-visa globmgr.dll is part of either of these products, or if I have to purchase it seperatly to allow me to have access to the VISA Com 3.0 Type Library under Visual Studio 6.0?

The globmgr.dll should be installed with the NI-VISA driver.  The NI-VISA driver can be downloaded at ni.com/downloads.  If file needs to be included for deploying an application I would suggest installing the same version of VISA the application was developed on so there are no compatibility issues.
