unable to find mxwTask.dll when starting M Studio

I recieve the following error message when starting Measurement Studio inside VB.net: "Unable to find an entry point named _mxwCreateMsgInfo@4 in DLL mxwTask.dll". The project opens but the studio assistant is not available. Reloading the software and repairing the Measurement studio installation does not resolve the issue.

Were you able to use the assistant before, or have you never been able to use the assistant on this machine? Also, could you located the mxwTask.dll for me. It should be located somewhere like C:\Program Files\National Instruments\MAX. Let's make sure it exists.
