when i am install my software i need the product key how do i get him

I am not sure what you mean by product key but if you mean the serial number, you can find that on the packaging for Measurement Studio. If you are looking for some other information please let me know. If you can, take a screenshot of the install step you are having problems with so I can know exactly what you are looking for.
