why does the conncection between Visual Basic published on the web page(client side) and LabVIEW (server side) always get hang?

I created ActiveX Web component in Visual Basic and publish it on the web page (just like in the application note 127: Building an Interactive Web Page with DataSocket).The user can write data which is in a matrix format to the LabVIEW on the server side. The problem is, sometimes it works, but most of the time my homepage which displays my ActiveX gets hang.
Why does this happen?

What do you mean by your "ActiveX gets hang"?
Does the webpage you have embedded your ActiveX control in not load properly in your browser or does the DataSocket connection never get established? Please provide more specific information about what exactly is not working in your custom ActiveX control and the webpage it is embedded in, as well as how it is interacting with your LabView vi.
