i use the ni 8451 for an spi communication with an ADNS-9500 motion-sensor-chip. after sending an read-address to the sensor, it needs a minimum clock-delay of 100us to prepare data to be read with the 8451. the 8451-advanced-api only allows delays with a minimum value of 1ms.
is there a way to implement another (shorter) delay? maybe set multiple not connected ports or something? some kind of idleing command, i was thinking: deactivate CS, idle and reselect CS. does the advanced-api-script allow this kind of tricks? has anyone experience with this hardware and speed-up-tricks?
