Debug asserion failure associated with 3D graphing of an installed executable

I have written a program that utilises the 3D graphing component of Measurement Studio. The application works fine on my PC but when I install it on a separate PC and try to display 3D data, i get a debug assertion failure. As far as I know I have included all the necessary ocx and dll files - displaying 2D data is no problem. Any ideas??

Do you know what the assertion is that fails and where in the code that it fails? Is it just this application that fails when you redistribute it to another machine? Can you create another small and simple test application and successfully redistribute it to the test machine? If not, could you please post this test application along with information about where the assertion fails? Thanks.
