I can't find the LabWindows/CVI VC Addin

My UIRCallbackTable.c file is not updating. I had to reinstall LabWindows and Microsft VC++ on a brand new machine. I know that I need to add the LabWindows/CVI VC AddIn but it doesn't show up when I select Tools>Customize>Add-insand MacroFiles so that I can enable it. I did find a couple of .dll files that could contain the Addin but when I try to add it I get "Unable to Register this add-in because it doesn't export DllRegisterServer".
Does anyone have any ideas why the Addin doesn't show up or where it is located.

That Add-In is installed by the Measurement Studio installer. You will need to install minimal Measurement Studio C++ support to get that Add-In. If you are using Measurement Studio for Visual C++ 6.0, I believe that you can minimize what you get and still install the Add-In by unselected all of the items underneath the Measurement Studio>>Measurement Studio for Visual C++ feature in the feature tree (but leave the Measurement Studio>>Measurement Studio for Visual C++ feature itself selected). If you are using Measurement Studio for Visual C++ 2003, enable the Visual C++ .NET 2003 Integration Tools feature.
