I have 2 plots in the graph. I was wondering if I can set cursor snapmode (nearestpoint) to the first plot??

If I understand your question correctly, I think that you could do this by setting the cursor's Plot property to your first plot, then set the cursor's SnapMode property to cwCSnapNearestPoint.
