Missing visa32.lib file

I use the visa32.lib file "normally" located in the VXIPNP\WinNt\lib\msc folder.  Somehow it's missing from my development computer.  I'd prefer not reinstalling all my NI development software if I can just find a copy of this one file.  Does anyone know which package I need to reinstall to retrieve this file?  I've downloaded from NI.com and looked at some of the packages I thought would contain the file, but it's not there.

I found my own answer.  The one I needed was in the NI-VISA Version 3.4.1 package (available at: NI Home > Support > Drivers and Updates > All Versions).

I installed the NI drivers but can't seem to find the visa32.lib. Any help.
