I am using a PCI 4452 board and I have installed the board without any problem.
We have used the test panel of Measurement & Automation , and it detects the board (Device 1)and even I can read a signal that I am introducing.
But the problem appears when I try to control the board using LabVIEW.
We are using the DSA instruments driver, and firstly we open a session to communicate with the instrument, using the vi "NIDSA Initialize.vi", but it gives us an error, error code -1326 ( I am not sure if the meaning of this error is "not a valid DSA device").
This vi calls a function, "NIDSA_init" of the library, NIDSA.dll.The values for the paremeters of this function, we are using, are:
Resource name: DAQ::1 (We have tried DAQ::1::INSTR too, without any success)
Id Query:True/False (we have tried both)
Reset Device:False
The Labview version is 6.0, and NI DAQ version is 6.9.1f28. (DSA version 1.11)
Does anyone know what is the meaning of the error code -1326?
And what can we do? It is really strange to control the board from MAX and obtain an error when I use Labview.
