Using VISA-COM with Visual Studios

I apologize in advance if this is not the proper board to ask this question.

I am new to using VISA-COM.  I am attempting to build and IVI driver for our proprietary device.  I am using Pacific Mindworks Nimbus to assist in this effort.  I want to use VISA API to communicate with our device through TCP/IP.  I am having some issues figuring out what directories I need to point my project to to find the dlls.  I am not sure if this is relevant, but when I attempt to build the project, I receive and error that it can not find GlobMgr.dll.

I used visa512full to install Visa on my system.  Can anyone point me in the direction to get past this?
