You can do this by setting the caption of the axis. You can do this at
design-time by going to the Ticks tab in the graph's property pages, select
the axis in the combo box in the upper right-hand corner, then enter the axis
caption in the middle of the right-most column. You can do this at run-time
by setting the CNiAxis::Caption property.
