get_iberr, get_ibsta & LangInt.dll (for a VC++ project)

I'm having some trouble with the NI dll LangInt.dll and its associated GPIB error code. Specifically, the functions

get_ibsta

and

get_iberr

are missing, or at least cannot be found in the version of the dll I'm using by the compiler (In this case MS Visual Studio 2005 on an XP platform).

Do you have any other versions of this file that would work for me?

Are you familiar with this problem?

I searched this on Google and your NI website; neither search returned anything at all.

Hi Joe,

If you download the latest version of the NI-488.2 driver (2.5 currently), you will have the option to install the .NET Framework and Visual C++ 2005 support.  Click here to access the download page for the driver.  Unzip and start the driver, let it initialize, then when you get to the Features tree which tells what will be installed, select to install the appropriate text based support.  See the screenshot below. 

They will not install automatically, so make sure you select to install them. 

Try this out and see if that gets you the updated files you need.
