Have you tried searching your system for the location of nidaq32.dll and checking to see if its location is in your system path?  If it appears that it is in your path, try downloading 
FileMon, set a filter for nidaq32.dll, and take a FileMon log from the point that you start the application to the point that you get the error.  Look at the log to see where the application is looking for the .dll.
