In such situaltion, if the number generate randomly and when the button 'save' is press then the value will be saved but when the button is unpress then it stop save dthe value. how to make it continuously save all the value but no only one....

I think that maybe windows isn't updating the screen and so it doesn't see that you have clicked the button. Are you using UpdateWindow() in your loop? This makes sure that the status of all controls that you see are what windows sees.
