where can i download nidaq32.lib?

Whaere can i download nidaq api package including The nidaq.h ,nidaq32.lib nidaq32.dll
and all the file needed to develop visual c++ application?

Those files come with NI-DAQ. You can get it by:

1.) Go to http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/web/all+software
2.) Select "Data Acquisition"
3.) Select your operating system
4.) Select "Driver" and choose the current version
