LabVIEW
If the candidates cannot spell the acronym for "Labratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench" correctly, the Hireling Managers should at least point this out to the HR people...for screening purposes. And, you need to know who's resume to submit!
You want a "LabView" guru? You've been looking for years. Have you considered connecting with a NI Alliance Partner? There are a few in the area. Optomation, and Radius Tek as well as others do business around there.
Again, choose a few key objectives. Target the right resource and, either be willing to pay for the right resource or, DEVELOP them with training! (Cheap to do with an NI SSP and a talented person with an IDP that includes that!)
Seriously, I've been of the opinion that Digi needs to develop from within for years. (Check your database, I've met some of your staff---they are good! Just need training on NI stuff)
