I don't see that positioner in my catalog.  What is the resolution of the encoder?

1 micron enc. System is currently set for 1000 steps/cm.

The B3D is actually just a T3D with a bellows (cover). Maybe why you don't see it.

I won't be able to connect to my C3 until Thursday to get the actual Optimization settings, but the settings should work out to be about 2900mm/s for accel and decel, and try a jerk setting of 29000mm/s/s.  Without configuring my C3 and opening up the Optimizer, I'm not sure what the units will be.  Let that run and open up the scope.  You can adjust the accel, decel, and jerk to approximate a sine wave.
