3-axis coordinatation

I am using a 7344.I used Flex-motion function to move the axis.When I used these function to move only one axis, I found that it cost less than 1 ms to complete the move process. But when I used the same way to move three axis at the same time, I found that the running time of moving axises increased to 100-200ms.How can this happen?
By the way, I am thinking about adding compilation program in my system to increase the running speed. Where can I get the register map of 7344.

I'm not exactly sure what you are timing? Are you timing the movement of the motors or the time it take to send the commands? The time it takes to send the commands would vary due to the 3 axis vector move being more complicated. Software latency would affect the time for commands to be sent. Also, register level programming of the 7344 is not supported.
