3D translational stage is unknown

Hi,

 I am using 3D translational stage from thorlabs (model: nanomax -Ts Max 341). It was driven using stepper motor and not by piezo control. I am able to control all the axis using active X MGmotor control. But, the stage is shown as unknown. The maximum travel of the stage in all three axis is 4 mm. To achieve this, I have to move 15 mm in the labview control. How to solve this problem, so that I can control with real value?

I'm not terribly familiar with that piece of hardware, but let's see what we can do to get you going.

As a starting point, are you interfacing with this via LabVIEW? If so, do you have any documentation for the interface?

Thanks for your reply. I just figured it now. The serial number of the motor was missing in the APT configuration utility.

It works fine.
