7314 gives a readyto receive timeout error

after installing bd, the cpu says the board is functioning. MAX says it is not and give timeout errors or full buffer

If you could give some more details I might be able to give an more exact answer. I will take a guess. What version of the driver do you have installed? The 7314 is a Valumotion card. So you will need to have the Valuemotion and not the NI-motion of Flexmotion driver install. If you have one of the other driver installed uninstall the driver and install Value Motion
