7390 does have 24V general purpose digital output for connecting or controling other devices.
However, you need to set the digital output between sourcing and sinking mode to match your
PLC digital input. Usually if you PLC digital input is sourcing, 7390 output needs to be sinking,
vice versa. Soucring and sinking mode can be set at the jumber on 7390. Please refer 7390
user manual page 4-16 and 4-17.

Another issue need to be concerned is current drive capacity, you can check it at the end part of
the user manual. If you need larger current, you can choose NI industry DIO card 651x
