I have brushed DC motor transmotec PD3237-12-5-BFEC, I want to achieve position close loop control.
My hardware is CRIO-9074, CRIO-9411,NI-9474,i don't have softmotion module, I want use NI-9474 control motor,CRIO-9411 read encoder value, meet some problem like below list:
1)when motor stop, some times encoder two output channel is zero voltage, and encoder position value is stop and stable.
but sometimes encoder two output channel is about dc1.2 voltage, and encoder position value aways increased even motor stop
2)when i write output for NI-9474,i need use pwm output programme, i can not put PID in block diagramme.
so , i am new to use DC I/O control motor , so if better, anyone can give some example programme or any advise?
